After 4 months of requesting quotes for a large custom shade from several places, often not hearing back, Bazaar came to the rescue. Not only did Michelle follow up within a business day, but thoroughly researched my options and presented a solution I was happy with. She heavily encouraged sample matching off a smaller window fabric, as the shade to be replaced was over 10yrs old. Dalton performed my follow up measurements to ensure accuracy and even found options to save me $$. He returned to install, in under 40 minutes was finished. Kayleen did an excellent job of helping to pick out fabrics at the store and then coming to the house with fabrics and doing the measurements. When completed draperies arrived, they were installed by Mike and Doug.  They did a great job of removing all the old window treatments and then installing the new hardware and the new draperies.
